Real, candid coverage
I look for the small moments most people miss. Honest expressions, natural movement, and connection over posing.

At Kali Love Stories, wedding photography is more than beautiful images — it’s about telling the story of how it felt to be there.
After leading photography for one of the top proposal planning companies and documenting over 100 weddings at New York’s iconic City Hall, I’ve transitioned into traditional wedding photography because I genuinely love the depth, energy, and connection that full wedding days bring. I understand the rhythm of these moments — the quiet glances, the loud joy, and the small moments most people miss — and I know how to capture them without interrupting the flow.
My style blends candid documentary coverage with editorial-inspired portraits. You’ll get timeless images that are artful, emotional, and real — not overly posed or overly processed.
I’m based in New York City and photograph weddings across the five boroughs, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut, and destinations worldwide.

A planning tool I recommend
EventSync is the wedding planner and day-of coordinator app I recommend when couples want one place for the timeline, vendors, reminders, and day-of updates. Try the Smart Ripple demo and see how the day adjusts when timing changes.
I focus on real, candid moments with clean frames and natural color. The goal is simple. Images that feel like you and read well years from now.

Clear prompts when needed and space when you need it. Efficient on fast NYC timelines and in busy spaces.
Clean frames and natural color that print well. Subtle direction keeps you relaxed and present.
Locations planned for light, crowds, and distance. One area worked well beats rushing through too many spots.
I check availability first, then add a second shooter when coverage or timeline calls for it.

I’m Kali — the photographer behind Kali Love Stories. Before stepping into full traditional weddings, I led photography for one of the top proposal planning companies in New York and captured over 100 weddings in a single year through my work at City Hall. That pace taught me how to anticipate emotion, move with intention, and stay focused when everything’s happening fast.
Traditional weddings allow me to slow down and be more intentional — to create images that feel real, romantic, and timeless. What I love most is documenting the couple's moments — the quiet nerves before the ceremony, the joy that spills out during your first dance, and the way your people celebrate you.
This work is deeply personal to me. While Kali Artistry is where my journey in photography began, Kali Love Stories is where I get to tell yours.
No two weddings are the same — and I believe your pricing experience shouldn’t be either. This Soft Pricing Estimator is designed to help you explore the investment range that fits your day. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a full-day celebration, you can tailor the estimate based on your timeline, guest count, travel, and more.
This isn’t a final quote — but it’s a helpful first step toward understanding your needs. When you're ready, reach out, and we’ll create a custom proposal together that reflects your vision, your priorities, and your story.
These examples show how coverage can flow. We adjust to your day, your locations, and your pace.
Note: A second photographer is helpful when guest count is large, when coverage is split across locations, or when you want both partners photographed at the same time.
The best locations fit your timeline, your style, and the light on the day. Crowds and distance matter, so we plan with that in mind.
Bow Bridge, Bethesda Terrace, and the fountain. Romantic and classic, all within walking distance.
Gapstow Bridge, Umpire Rock, and 59th Street near the park edge. Lively city energy with cabs and carriages nearby.
Quieter and greener with beautiful natural scenery. Peaceful with less foot traffic.
Cobblestone streets, skyline views, and the bridge. Great looks in a small radius. Busy at peak hours.
Clean architecture with the Supreme Court and Federal Court buildings nearby. Good for quick, elegant portraits after a ceremony.
Planning tip: We choose one area and work it well rather than trying to visit too many spots. That keeps the session relaxed and gives you strong images from a single cohesive location.
I have documented hundreds of City Hall weddings and small ceremonies around the city. If your plan includes the Manhattan Marriage Bureau, we will keep timing simple and photograph a short session nearby right after your ceremony, then move to a chosen location for a longer session.
If you are blending City Hall with a larger celebration later, we can plan coverage that connects both parts of your story.
Calm direction when you need it and space when you do not.

How delivery and galleries work · Albums vs digital delivery
Many weddings benefit from a second photographer. It helps with guest coverage, different angles, and parallel moments like both partners getting ready at the same time. I will check availability, then we will lock it in if it adds value to your day.
Every quote is customized to your timeline, locations, and guest count. Send a note with your date and basics and I will reply with a clear proposal.
The gallery reflects your timeline and coverage. Longer days and larger guest counts naturally produce more images. I photograph comprehensively so you receive a complete story.
